By creating an account, selecting "I Agree," or continuing to use Ulyfe after receiving this notice, you agree to this App Terms and Safety Notice and the complete Ulyfe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy made available through the app. If you do not agree, do not use Ulyfe.
Before you agree
- You must be at least 13. Some venues, events, quests, and rewards require a higher age.
- Ulyfe never sells or serves alcohol. Venues check ID, and your account is not proof of age.
- AI features can be wrong. Review results before you spend money, travel, or enter a venue.
- Points are promotional loyalty units, not cash, and cannot be cashed out.
- The full Terms of Service include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, with a 30-day opt-out.

01 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ulyfe. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept the applicable terms for you. You must provide accurate account information, including your date of birth, and must not use another person's account or identification. Certain purchases, business tools, venues, events, quests, and rewards are limited to users who meet higher age requirements.
02 AI-assisted features
Ulyfe uses artificial intelligence and automated systems for recommendations, scheduling, quest assistance, search, ranking, moderation, fraud detection, and other features.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, academic, emergency, or safety advice. Review every result before relying on it, publishing it, spending money, traveling, or entering a venue.
Ulyfe prohibits AI-generated fake reviews, fabricated attendance or purchases, impersonation, undisclosed synthetic endorsements, and false traffic, earnings, conversion, or return-on-investment claims. Sponsored, incentivized, or synthetic commercial content must be clearly disclosed.
03 Ulyfe Points
Ulyfe Points are closed-loop promotional loyalty units. They are not cash, legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored value, property, deposits, investments, securities, wages, tips, or bank funds. Points do not earn interest and are not insured. Unless Ulyfe expressly permits otherwise and applicable law requires it, Points cannot be transferred, sold, traded, pledged, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or cash equivalents.
- Ulyfe may impose earning, purchase, campaign, velocity, venue, device, household, redemption, and geographic limits.
- Ulyfe may delay, deny, reverse, freeze, or investigate Points and rewards affected by error, fraud, automation, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, prohibited transfers, or unlawful conduct.
- A business purchase funds promotional campaign credits. It does not guarantee impressions, visits, redemptions, sales, revenue, or return on investment.
- A reward is funded and fulfilled by the issuing business unless a separate written merchant agreement expressly states otherwise. One venue is not required to honor another venue's reward.
Expiration, forfeiture, refunds, and program changes remain subject to applicable loyalty, gift-card, promotional-value, consumer-protection, unclaimed-property, and contract laws. Ulyfe will provide disclosures and notice where required.
04 Alcohol, bars, and nightlife
Ulyfe does not sell, distribute, deliver, serve, manufacture, or transfer title to alcohol. Alcohol sales and service occur solely between users and licensed venues or third-party providers. Venues are exclusively responsible for checking government-issued identification, refusing service, controlling entry, preventing service to minors or intoxicated persons, maintaining required licenses and insurance, and complying with alcohol, happy-hour, dram-shop, advertising, delivery, tax, and local licensing laws.
- Alcohol-specific offers are restricted to users who are at least 21 in the United States and otherwise of legal drinking age where located.
- An Ulyfe account, age status, RSVP, ticket, quest completion, reward, or Points balance is never proof of legal age and never replaces the venue's physical ID check.
- Unless Ulyfe approves a jurisdiction-specific compliant campaign, rewards may not offer free alcohol, unlimited drinks, drinking contests or games, two-for-one alcohol, cash-equivalent alcohol credit, or incentives for rapid or excessive consumption.
- No quest may require drinking alcohol, becoming intoxicated, buying a minimum number of drinks, driving, trespassing, or engaging in unsafe or unlawful conduct.
Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. Transportation links are conveniences, not safety guarantees. Contact emergency services when necessary.
05 Events, quests, rewards, and in-person safety
Events, listings, venues, quests, rewards, posts, chats, and other content may be created by users, businesses, organizations, or third-party sources. Ulyfe does not guarantee that they are accurate, current, safe, licensed, available, lawful, or fulfilled. You are responsible for deciding where to go, whom to meet, and what activities to join. Never trespass, drive while using the app, or risk personal safety to obtain Points or rewards.
06 User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Ulyfe the license reasonably necessary to host, display, distribute, moderate, secure, improve, and operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions needed to post it. You may not submit illegal, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, deceptive, or dangerous content; fake reviews; malware; spam; or content that facilitates illegal alcohol sales, drugs, weapons, gambling, or harm.
Ulyfe may use automated and human moderation and may remove content, limit distribution, preserve evidence, report illegal material, or suspend accounts. Moderation does not guarantee that harmful content will be detected. Reporting content does not guarantee removal. Use emergency services for immediate danger.
07 Businesses and rewards
Businesses are responsible for the legality, accuracy, inventory, pricing, restrictions, taxes, safety, and fulfillment of their quests, promotions, and rewards. Businesses must substantiate advertising claims, honor valid published offers, disclose sponsorships and incentives, and comply with consumer-protection, food-safety, accessibility, promotion, alcohol, and licensing laws. Ulyfe may reject, pause, geofence, age-gate, or remove a campaign.
08 Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulyfe is provided "as is" and "as available." Ulyfe does not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect security, accurate location, accurate AI output, reward availability, venue safety, or user conduct. The complete Terms of Service contain the controlling warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, dispute procedures, and exceptions required by law.
09 Arbitration notice
The complete Terms of Service contain a binding individual arbitration agreement and class-action waiver, subject to applicable law, stated exceptions, and a 30-day opt-out right.
The current arbitration provisions, opt-out instructions, and legal contact method are available through Settings > Legal. Review them before accepting this notice. Nothing prevents you from reporting concerns to a government agency or using emergency services.
10 Acceptance and contact
Selecting "I Agree" confirms that you reviewed this notice and the linked Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Ulyfe records the account, date, time, document version, and acceptance method. Legal, privacy, copyright, safety, and support requests may be submitted through Settings > Help and Safety or the contact method displayed in the app, or by emailing info@ulyfe.info.
