Ulyfe · Version 1.0

Privacy and AI Notice

Effective August 8, 2026 · Data, AI, location, calendar, and your rights

This notice summarizes how Ulyfe handles personal information. The complete Privacy Policy, available through Settings > Legal, controls and provides additional details. Ulyfe is not intended for children under 13.

The short version

This box is a plain-language summary. The sections below control.

01 Information Ulyfe may collect

02 How information is used

Ulyfe uses information to provide and personalize the app; operate accounts, chats, events, quests, Points, rewards, and payments; verify age and eligibility; recommend people, places, events, and plans; provide AI features; moderate content; detect fraud and Points abuse; send communications; measure and improve the service; display and measure advertising where permitted; comply with law; and protect users and Ulyfe.

03 Artificial intelligence

Materially AI-assisted features are identified in context. Depending on the feature, selected prompts, content, availability, interests, location context, quest information, and prior interactions may be processed to produce recommendations, plans, rankings, moderation results, fraud signals, summaries, and quest assistance.

AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

Ulyfe uses contractual and technical settings intended to prevent AI providers from using Ulyfe data to train their general-purpose models. Private calendar content, precise location, chats, identity documents, and sensitive information are not used to train a general-purpose model unless Ulyfe first provides a separate notice and obtains any consent required by law. You may request human review of a materially adverse automated decision through Settings > Help and Safety.

04 Sharing

Information may be shared with other users according to the feature; with businesses or organizations when you interact with their quests or rewards; with hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, communications, moderation, AI, maps, calendar, identity-verification, and security providers; with advertising partners subject to consent and tracking choices; during a corporate transaction; with your direction; or when required for law, safety, fraud prevention, or enforcement. Public content may be copied or reshared by others.

05 Location, calendar, and sensitive data

Location and calendar access are optional and permission-based. You can revoke device permissions, although related features may stop working. Ulyfe shares the minimum age-verification status needed rather than a full birth date when technically feasible. Government ID and selfie information are not used for advertising or general AI training.

If a provider uses face comparison, liveness detection, face geometry, or another biometric process, Ulyfe and the provider must give legally required notice, obtain legally required consent or written release, apply a retention and destruction schedule, and maintain security protections before collection.

An age-verification status never replaces a venue's inspection of government-issued identification.

06 Advertising and tracking

Ulyfe may use analytics and display sponsored content. Cross-app or cross-site tracking is used only subject to applicable consent and device settings, including Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements. Users identified as under 18 are not shown personalized advertising based on cross-app tracking. Ulyfe honors applicable sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising opt-out rights.

07 Retention and security

Ulyfe retains information only as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, account operation, legal obligations, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and enforcement. Different data has different retention periods. Ulyfe uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

08 Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; appeal a denied request; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; withdraw consent; or limit certain sensitive-data uses. Ulyfe will verify requests and will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

09 App Store privacy information

Ulyfe's App Store privacy responses describe production data collection, linkage, purposes, tracking, and every integrated third-party SDK. Categories include contact information, identifiers, user content, photos or videos, messages, precise and coarse location, purchases, search and viewing activity, product interaction, advertising data, diagnostics, calendar information, quest verification, age band, and fraud signals. The label is updated when data practices or SDKs change.

10 Children, changes, and contact

Ulyfe does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts. Age-restricted content is limited based on applicable law and available age information. Material policy changes will be communicated through the app, email, or another appropriate method. Privacy, AI, deletion, appeal, safety, and support requests may be submitted through Settings > Help and Safety or by emailing info@ulyfe.info.

This concise notice supplements the complete Ulyfe Privacy Policy. App permissions and the App Store privacy label match actual production behavior. Ulyfe's App Terms and Safety Notice covers accounts, Points, alcohol, quests, and user content.
